When servicing your electronic devices, we will run a full series of diagnostic tests to identify your device's malfunction. We will contact you with a recommendation for repair and await your approval before initiating any repairs to your device. In some cases, full diagnostic testing cannot be completed until initial repairs have been made. In these cases, we will NOT charge an additional diagnostic fee in order to determine the full extent of the problem, but we WILL contact you with a revised recommendation and await your approval for further repairs. Our goal is to repair your device and get you back to business in a timely manner, but we will NOT commence repairs without your consent.
